Requirements and Role Details
The Senior Community Nurse post is predominantly clinical (approximately 90% clinical and 10% non-clinical). You will utilise your knowledge, skills and expertise to assess, plan, implement, monitor and review patient care. With a minimum of 12 months of community nursing experience, you will develop competencies and clinical knowledge with patients, carers, colleagues, students and the wider multi-disciplinary team. You may also support the District Nurse Caseload holder with caseload management and play a key role in communicating important information through the team.
