Your new roleAs Nationalmercial Director, you will:
1. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of regional sales professionals across the UK.
2. Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with ambitious growth targets.
3. Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
4. Monitor market trends andpetitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
5. Set clear sales targets and KPIs, and foster a culture of high performance.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
7. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
8. Ensurepliance withpany policies and industry standards.
What you'll need to succeed
9. Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally as a National Sales Manager ormercial Director.
10. A background in electrical heating or a related industry is highly desirable.
11. Strong track record of delivering sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
12. Excellent strategic thinking,munication, and interpersonal skills.
13. Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven sales tools.
14. Willingness to travel across the UK.
15. Full UK driving licence.
