Are you a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact?
A warm, inclusive primary school in Hayes is seeking a dedicated TA to support pupils with additional learning needs — helping them grow in confidence, independence, and joy in learning.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties)
✅ A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
✅ Ability to adapt learning to meet individual needs
✅ Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
✅ Genuine passion for supporting young learners
You’ll Need:
* Experience working in a primary or SEN setting
* Understanding of EHCPs and effective intervention strategies
* Positive attitude and commitment to safeguarding
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
