Summary: Performs installation of machinery or equipment, welding, piping, fabrication, demolition, or other construction projects by performing the following duties.

1. Regulatory Compliance and Safety
* Has practical knowledge of OSHA, DOT, CSE, Inc. Rules, and Site-Specific Regulations.
* Conducts safety inspections and holds safety meetings.
* Trained to operate forklifts, JLG-type man lifts, scissor lifts, and use power-actuated tools.
1. Site Supervision and Planning
* Assumes responsibility for site supervision, organizing, planning, and prioritizing work.
* Coordinates with Project Manager, Superintendent, and Foreman to study specifications and plan procedures considering safety hazards, timelines, staffing, and safety requirements.
* Directs personnel and subcontractors, ensuring safe work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating project phases.
* Communicates with supervisory and engineering personnel, inspectors, and equipment suppliers.
* Orders procurement of safety equipment, tools, and materials.
* Inspects ongoing work for quality and schedule adherence, and prepares or reviews progress reports.
2. Quality Control
* Ensures adherence to the company's quality systems at all times.
* Reviews project specifications and drawings before work begins.
* Monitors work quality against specifications, reports defects or errors.
* Completes quality checklists properly.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma preferred.
Language Skills: Ability to read, interpret safety rules, instructions, manuals, and write reports. Effectively communicate verbally.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with probability, statistics, geometry, and trigonometry concepts; apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems, interpret instructions in various forms.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Driver's License.
Other Qualifications: Ability to travel, pass pre-employment drug screen.
Physical Demands: Must regularly stand, walk, handle, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, taste, smell; lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly, 100 lbs frequently, more occasionally. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, and focus adjustment.
Work Environment: Exposure to high places, airborne particles, weather conditions, vibration, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise. Accommodations available for disabilities.
