We have an exciting Permanent Full-time IT opportunity at POBL; working within our Technology and Business Solutions department, the IT Service Desk plays a vital role in delivering excellent service to our colleagues.

What is the role?
The Service Desk Analyst supports colleagues by managing and resolving technology incidents via phone, email, and an internal ticketing system. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Teams, Intune, and Entra, maintaining documentation, supporting network and AV equipment, and liaising with third-party suppliers. Strong communication skills and adherence to SLAs are essential.
This role involves providing remote support across all Pobl locations, focusing on 1st line incident resolution and managing end-user accounts. It offers a hybrid working model with at least two days in the office.
What skills and experience do you need?
Candidates should have prior experience in a similar role, supporting users remotely, and familiarity with Office 365, Entra, Intune, and Active Directory. Excellent communication, problem-solving, collaboration skills, and a customer-focused approach are required. Characteristics include being performance-focused, organized, analytical, and a problem solver.

What are the pay and benefits?
* Salary: £31,151 for a 37-hour full-time role.
* Flexible working policies; hybrid work in Swansea.
* 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 with service.
