3. Salary: £60,000 per annum plus car allowance

The role
4. Responsible for delivering complex, project-based works through effective supply chain and contractor management
5. Leading retrofit planning for delivery and integration of decarbonisation investment programmes
6. Delivering high-profile corporate projects aligned to Anchor’s wider property and sustainability objectives
7. Acting as a focal point for project delivery, coordinating internal and external stakeholders including contractors, sustainability, portfolio strategy and housing operations
8. Establishing and maintaining robust governance arrangements for significant projects
9. Managing risk, performance, value for money and compliance with regulatory, statutory and internal requirements
10. Providing professional leadership, robust contract management and constructive challenge in a changing environment
About you
11. Proven track record of delivering complex property or construction projects, including retrofit programmes
12. Experience managing high-value, complex partnering contracts to time, quality and budget
13. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with experience leading teams through change
14. Degree-level qualification or equivalent relevant experience
15. Professional qualification such as MCIOB or MRICS (desirable)
16. Domestic Energy Assessor and PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessor qualifications
