As one of two HCP Marketing Managers, you’ll take ownership of a critical portfolio focused on engaging healthcare professionals with precision and purpose. Responsibilities
* Lead impactful, multi‑channel campaigns that drive adoption and access to Dexcom Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) Systems across the UK & Ireland.
* Shape strategic engagement with healthcare professionals, payors and key stakeholders – empowering commercial, clinical and market access teams with the right tools and messaging.
* Develop and execute integrated campaigns based on customer journey insights and care pathways.
* Craft compelling, compliant messaging and multi‑format assets tailored to local market needs.
* Activate campaigns across digital, field, event and partnership channels – optimising reach and engagement.
* Measure performance and use insights to refine strategy and improve ROI.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally and manage agency relationships to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand materials.
What Makes You Successful
* Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Experience crafting multi‑channel strategies tailored to healthcare systems, ideally within NHS. Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and optimise engagement.
* Marketing & Campaign Execution: Solid understanding of digital and in‑person channels (CRM, email, webinars, third‑party platforms). Proven ability to launch targeted campaigns with measurable impact. Skilled in tailoring messaging for HCPs, payors and clinical teams.
* Performance & KPI Management: Confident in tracking engagement metrics and aligning marketing KPIs with go‑to‑market strategies. Able to use insights to refine channel mix and boost campaign effectiveness.
* Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Excellent cross‑functional collaboration with medical, legal, regulatory and agency partners. Strong communicator and project manager, serving as a key marketing liaison across teams.

Experience & Education Requirements
* Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8‑12 years of related experience.
* At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience in healthcare, medical devices or pharmaceutical marketing.
* Familiarity with NHS structures, healthcare professional engagement and market access dynamics.
* Experience in regulated environments with a strong understanding of compliance and promotional governance.
