Salary: £24,000 - £28,000

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are recruiting for a Family Caseworker in Birmingham to join a fast-paced law firm. They are looking for an organised and proactive person.
Family Caseworker responsibilities:
* Manage a full caseload of private family law matters independently
* Draft court documents including applications, statements and consent orders with precision
* Advise on financial remedy cases
* Prepare for hearings and maintain clear communication with counsel and clients
* Provide support and guidance for junior staff when needed
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 3-4 years hands-on family law experience
* Experience independently managing financial remedy cases
* Experience completing documentation accurately, including D81 and Form E
* Capability to manage a fast paced workload
* Strong organisation skills
