A leading international SaaS business is looking for a Tax and Treasury Manager to join their dynamic finance team in London. This is a newly created position offering a broad mix of tax compliance, advisory, and treasury responsibilities – ideal for someone with a hands-on approach and strong technical grounding. What You’ll Be Doing: Own the preparation and review of key tax filings (VAT, PSA, CT61, DTTP2, Class 1A, Employment Related Securities, and more). Work with external advisors on UK corporation tax, CIR returns, and transfer pricing. Provide audit support and handle group tax reconciliations. Support R&D tax relief claims and identify tax planning opportunities. Act as the subject matter expert for transfer pricing across the group. Lead treasury tasks including banking operations, intercompany loans, and cash reviews. What We’re Looking For: CA / ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CTA qualified, ideally with 1–2 years PQE. Experience across a broad range of UK taxes and corporate tax compliance. Strong knowledge of deferred tax and transfer pricing. Confident, self-starter who can work independently on new and evolving tasks. Comfortable working cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operations. Excel proficiency and sharp attention to detail.
