About Us

Kara Mia Venue Styling is a luxury event styling company, known for transforming spaces into unforgettable experiences with elegance and creativity. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who can take the reins on our marketing and help us connect with our ideal couples.

Role Overview

We're looking for a creative and proactive Marketing & Content Assistant to manage and grow our online presence. This role goes beyond simply posting we want someone who can help drive organic growth, generate enquiries, and build meaningful brand awareness.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest) with engaging, on-brand content.
* Develop and implement creative content ideas that showcase our styling, services, and behind-the-scenes moments.
* Attend some venue set-ups to capture photo/video content for social media.
* Create and send engaging email campaigns to keep our audience inspired and connected.
* Write and publish blog posts that showcase our work, advice for couples, and trends in luxury weddings/events.
* Optimise content for SEO to improve visibility and attract organic website traffic.
* Research trends and opportunities to increase reach, especially on TikTok.
* Ensure all content speaks to and attracts our ideal couples.
* Track performance of campaigns and provide insights/recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

* A creative eye for visual content and storytelling.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
* Good communication skills with the ability to write engaging captions, blogs, and emails.
* Basic knowledge of SEO and how to optimise content for search engines.
* Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.
* Passionate about weddings, events, or design (a plus but not essential).
* Willingness to get stuck in, whether that's creating content or helping on-site.
