We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected law firm for an experienced Property Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their growing team in Yeovil. What You'll Do
* As a Property Dispute Resolution Lawyer, you will:
* Advise clients on a full range of property dispute matters
* Draft legal documents including statements of case, witness statements, and briefs to counsel
* Engage in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes
* Participate in business development and networking activities
* (Optional) Undertake advocacy in court when required
Typical Cases You'll Handle
* Residential landlord and tenant issues, including possession claims, disrepair, and deposit disputes
* Commercial landlord and tenant disputes, such as lease renewals, forfeiture, and dilapidations
* Service charge disputes
* Boundary and land access issues
* Rights of way and rights to light matters
* Adverse possession claims
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years PQE with experience in property litigation
Strong client care and communication skills
Confident negotiator with a proactive, solution-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
A collaborative team player with a commitment to delivering excellence

Salary £40k - £60k + (depending on salary)
