About the RoleAs Facilities Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for all things operational across a vibrant and fast-paced innovation campus. From managing contractors and coordinating maintenance to supporting sustainability initiatives and ensuring top-tier customer service, your role will be central to the smooth running of this unique environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and contractors
2. Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and planned maintenance
3. Coordinate inspections, health & safetypliance, and statutory checks
4. Support small capital works and tenant alterations
5. Drive sustainability efforts and green travel initiatives
6. Assist with service charge budgeting and invoice approvals
7. Help foster a strong sense ofmunity through events and engagement
About You
8. 2+ years’ experience in facilities or property management
9. Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills
10. Strong organisational abilities and a proactive mindset
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Elogs or RiskWise is a plus
12. Passionate about sustainability and customer service
