The Construction Senior Associate will be:
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all types of construction documentation.
* Advising on construction aspects of development and funding agreements.
* Producing construction reports for lenders.
* Running your own transactions with a focus on timely delivery and commercial solutions.
* Mentoring junior solicitors and contributing to business development initiatives across the firm.
Profile
The Senior Associate Construction Solicitor should be:
* A solicitor with 10+ years PQE in both contentious and transactional construction matters.
* Skilled in effective, communication with clients and stakeholders.
* Able to review and analyse a range of legal and transactional documents with keen attention to detail.
* Commercially minded with the ability to identify solutions and articulate them clearly.
* Experienced in managing teams and mentoring junior colleagues.
