Overview: Corbenic are looking to expand their Digital Team by recruiting a Digital Applications Support Apprentice! This apprentice will work towards an SCQF Level 6 Qualification based in their Trochry office. Responsibilities: Provide digital front-of-house support by managing incoming calls, responding to enquiries via email and telephone, and accurately recording information within the organisation’s digital systems. Maintain and organise electronic records and document management systems, ensuring files are stored securely and in line with GDPR, using internal platforms alongside tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Support the effective use of the organisation’s digital systems, assisting with data entry, updating records, and ensuring information across bespoke databases and shared platforms is accurate and up to date. Assist with digital communication and collaboration, including managing shared calendars, scheduling meetings, and supporting internal communication using Outlook and other collaborative technologies. Support office technology and digital processes, helping staff access and use organisational systems, resolving basic issues where possible, and liaising with IT support providers when required. Provide administrative support in relation to HR systems, maintaining employee information within Health Box and supporting the organisation’s transition to the new HR system, People First, including assisting with data preparation, document organisation within SharePoint, and supporting staff during the implementation period. Desirable skills: A friendly, confident, and approachable personality, with the ability to chat comfortably with visitors, colleagues, and members of the community. Strong communication skills, both in person and digitally, as the role involves regular interaction with others. Someone who is reliable, organised, and able to manage tasks effectively. A positive attitude and willingness to learn, with enthusiasm for developing new skills in a digital administration role. Motivation to start and complete an apprenticeship, gaining practical experience while building your skills in a supportive workplace. A driving licence is required for the role due to location. Extra information: Candidate will need to complete a disclosure check Salary: £19,500 per annum. Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
