Social Media Manager – Construction Recruitment (Fast-Growing, Forward-Thinking Business)
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Salary: Competitive + performance incentives + 28 days annual leave & bank holidays + gym membership + Birthday off work (not deducted from annual leave allowance)
Monday - Friday / 40 hours per week, however we are also open to discussions on this. I.E 3-4 days per week.

The Role
You will own and grow our presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, creating content that drives engagement, builds brand recognition, and positions us as the most modern, tech-forward recruiter in the construction space.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Creating and executing a strong social media strategy that attracts both clients and candidates
• Producing high-quality, on-brand content: video, reels, graphics, stories, campaigns
• Building communities across all platforms and driving consistent engagement
• Working closely with our team to showcase our modern recruitment approach, digital tools, and value-added services
• Analysing performance, trends and metrics to continually improve reach and impact
• Supporting digital features within the business throughout 2025 (no experience needed just adaptability/creativity)
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience managing social media for a business or brand
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn algorithms
• Ability to create compelling short-form content
• Confident, creative and proactive personality
• A passion for digital innovation and new ways of connecting audiences
• Ability to understand our candidate/client audience in the construction sector (or willingness to learn)
