Founding Account Executive – Construction Tech SaaS
A high-growth Construction Tech startup is building out its founding GTM team and is looking for high-performing Account Executives to join at an early, pivotal stage
You’ll be joining a venture-backed business already working with major contractors and real-estate developers, helping them adopt software that improves project delivery, efficiency, and margins. This is a true founding AE role ideal for someone who enjoys building pipeline from scratch, closing complex deals, and helping shape the sales playbook.
What you’ll do:
* Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
* Build and manage a strong pipeline across construction, property, and infrastructure clients
* Work closely with leadership on GTM strategy and process
* Play a key role in scaling the revenue function
What they’re looking for:
* Proven track record exceeding targets in a SaaS sales role
* Strong new-business and closing ability
* Experience selling into construction, property, or related industries is a big plus
* Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to be part of a founding team
