Overview
Regional Membership Manager to join the Made in Yorkshire (MIY) team and help expand into the North West. This is a full-cycle B2B sales and account management role focused on growing our membership base, onboarding new members, and delivering long-term value from membership. You’ll work with manufacturing leaders—CEOs, MDs, and senior decision-makers—to raise profiles, connect with peers, and champion British industry.

Responsibilities
* Grow membership: Prospect, pitch, and convert manufacturing companies into members across Yorkshire and the North West.
* Consultative meetings: Meet with business leaders in person and online, listen to their needs, and show how MIY adds value.
* Close & onboard: Manage the sales cycle efficiently, then ensure new members activate their profile and start engaging.
* Drive engagement: Encourage members to share updates, join events, and maximise their ROI from membership.
* Represent the network: Host and attend regional events, factory tours, and networking sessions.
* Generate referrals: Turn satisfied members into advocates who introduce new companies.
* Collaborate: Work with marketing, events, and customer success to deliver a seamless experience.
* Manage pipeline & data: Keep CRM records accurate for clear reporting and forecasting.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven B2B sales or account management experience, ideally with memberships, professional services, or intangibles.
* A natural relationship-builder, confident engaging with senior leaders.
* Self-starter with commercial drive, resilience, and initiative.
* Skilled in a consultative sales approach, guiding rather than pushing.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, both in-person and online.
* Organised and data-driven, comfortable managing a busy pipeline.
* Tech-savvy and adaptable, able to use CRM, outreach tools, and AI-driven support.
* A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Salary: £32k + bonus
OTE: £55k+
Location: Yorkshire & North West (field-based, with regional travel)
