An exciting opportunity with a Legal 500 firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join the team.
In this role, you will tackle complex disputes with a solutions-driven approach, Collaborate with a dynamic and award-winning Legal 500 team and contribute to the growth and success of a thriving law firm
Preferred Requirements:
* Manage a diverse caseload of contentious matters, including contract disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, professional negligence claims, insolvency litigation, and debt recovery
* Advise on and participate in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes, such as mediations and arbitrations, to resolve disputes efficiently
* Represent clients in court proceedings, preparing cases for trial and drafting pleadings
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing commercially focused and pragmatic solutions
* Demonstrate a collaborative approach, working well both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* 3+PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
* Exceptional drafting skills, including the ability to prepare correspondence, pleadings, and witness statements
* Commercially astute with a focus on delivering practical and cost-effective solutions
