Your Role: Support students with SEMH, Autism and behavioural challenges on a 1:1 and small-group basis. Build trust, provide emotional support and help learners re-engage with education. Work closely with teachers, mentors and behaviour leads to implement individual support plans. Encourage personal growth, resilience and positive choices.
