This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate Project Manager to take on a pivotal role within a fast-growing consultancy. Acting as the number two to the Leeds Office Lead, you’ll have significant responsibility for project delivery, client relationships, and team development.
The immediate focus will be on private sector residential projects - BTR, housing, and regeneration - while also gaining exposure across a wider portfolio. You will work directly with leading names in the BTR sector, benefitting from the strong client relationships already established by the Leeds Director.
With private equity investment and a 10-year growth strategy in motion, this consultancy offers a platform for rapid progression. The Leeds office is central to that journey, making this a highly visible and influential role.

The opportunity
As Associate/Senior Associate Project Manager, you will:
* Act as number two to the Office Lead, supporting business strategy and team development in the residential sector
* Lead the delivery of residential schemes (BTR, housing, regeneration), while maintaining oversight across a wider project mix
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
* Manage budgets, programmes, risks, and resources to ensure best-in-class delivery
* Mentor and support junior colleagues, contributing to a high-performing culture
* Play a role in business development, supporting the office’s profile and growth across the region

The candidate
We’re seeking a forward-thinking project management professional with consultancy experience who is ready to step into a senior role combining delivery and leadership.
You will bring:
* Experience as an Associate, Senior Associate, or Senior Project Manager within a consultancy environment
* A strong track record in residential projects (BTR, housing, regeneration); wider sector experience an advantage
* Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to business development
* Professional qualifications (MRICS, MAPM or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
