Position Overview
This is an exciting and all-encompassing brand management role working on Petits Filous - a widely recognized and well-loved children’s yoghurt brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, objectives setting and execution of the brands marketing activities in the UK market. The focus will be to ensure the plans deliver revenue and profit targets whilst sustaining and building long term brand equity. The candidate will need to continuously champion the brand and work cross functionally to ensure all growth initiatives across the marketing mix are delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager responsible for our Kids Portfolio, the candidate will assume the following set of key responsibilities:
• Support in the development of the Strategic Business Review (3-year plan)
• Prepare the annual brand plan including diagnosing brand challenges, setting clear objectives and implementing activities across the full marketing mix to meet the objectives. This will include:
• Landing strategic and tactical product innovation / renovation projects successfully
• Implementing consumer communications and media plans (including Digital)
• Identification of distribution opportunities within existing and new customers.
• Management of the execution of other aspects of the Marketing Mix – PR, social, online, in-store media and e-commerce.
• Develop strong cross functional relationships across Sales, Innovation, Consumer Insights and Category Management.
• A true Brand Champion, ensuring that colleagues are passionate to contribute to brand performance and results.
• Ability to work across channels, namely multiple grocers, wholesale and convenience and foodservice.
• Control of marketing spend and making expenditure and procurement decisions appropriate to maximize business results/ ROI.
• Owner of Brand Equity results, ensuring that the brand is progressively finding a place in consumers’ hearts and minds.
• Day to day interaction with agency partners.
