Behaviour Mentor Position at a School in Enfield
A forward-thinking school in Enfield is seeking a committed Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with SEMH needs and highly challenging behaviours. If you are passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives and have experience supporting those with additional behavioural needs, we would love to hear from you.
While school-based experience is not essential, experience in similar environments such as youth work, care settings, or sports coaching will be advantageous. Previous experience working with students facing challenging behaviours is highly desirable.

Additional Information
Pay rates will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanency later. We offer free online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training. Candidates must undertake or have completed a valid DBS check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
