 As part of our ongoing growth across the South East, we are recruiting an exceptional Headteacher to lead one of our new specialist education settings.

 Establish and lead a new school within the OFG network 
 Translate vision into strategy, inspiring staff and pupils to achieve beyond expectations 
 Proven leadership experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher 
 Experience supporting pupils with diverse and complex learning and behavioural needs 
 Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and school improvement processes 
 Budget and resource management experience 
 Relevant teaching qualification
