Location: Basildon, EssexSalary: £38,000 - £42,000 (depending on experience)Contract: Permanent | Full-time
A well-established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support a strong and consistent workload across Basildon and the wider South East.

The Role
* Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
* Working across commercial and mixed-use properties
* Producing clear, accurate, and compliant asbestos survey reports
* Managing your own diary with autonomy and support
* Ensuring full compliance with current legislation and HSE guidance
Requirements
* BOHS P402 (or equivalent qualification)
* Proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
* Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance
* Comfortable operating independently in a field-based role
* Full UK driving licence
