Responsibilities
As part of a team of 20 professionals, you will undertake the inspection of damaged vehicles, assess the full extent of the damage, costs of repair and timeframes. Identify the correct prescribed repair method and prepare, record and maintain electronic and manual estimates. Liaise with insurance companies to obtain authority for repair and with customers, engineers and technicians to explain repair methodology.
Assess many different marques of vehicle, keeping up to date with repair methodologies and manufacturers bulletins. Work with other colleagues in the bodyshop to ensure vehicles are back on the road safely and in quick time.
Qualifications
Ideally ATA / IMI qualified, preferably with Audatex experience and solid bodyshop background. Full UK driving licence required.
