Plm & configuration engineer

We are seeking an experienced PLM & Configuration Engineer to support engineering product development and project delivery within a regulated, defence-aligned environment. The role focuses on Configuration & Data Management (CDM), PLM governance, and user adoption, with a strong emphasis on Teamcenter Unified.

You will work closely with project management and engineering stakeholders to ensure compliant, well-governed digital engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain Configuration & Data Management (CDM) and PLM governance frameworks, policies, and procedures

* Ensure compliance with relevant standards (eg DEF STAN 05-57, JSP945, EIA-649C, ISO/AS where applicable)

* Support and strengthen adoption of an integrated digital engineering environment

* Provide functional input to resolve PLM/CDM process and project conflicts

* Create and maintain configuration, customisation, and process documentation

* Develop user guides, work instructions, and training materials (including presentations/videos)

* Deliver PLM (Teamcenter Unified) training and support to engineers and end users
