We are looking for a Groups & Events Coordinator who will assure that our sales are handled smoothly and motivated to meet all goals set. The Groups & Events Coordinator serves as a central point of contact for all group bookings and event-related activities at the hotel. This role is responsible for coordinating the planning, execution, and follow-up of group stays and eventsensuring a seamless experience for clients and guests while supporting the Sales team with administrative and operational functions. Key Responsibilities: Manage group room blocks, contracts, and pick-up reports. Liaise with clients to confirm rooming lists, arrival details, and billing instructions. Work closely with the Front Office and Reservations teams to ensure accurate group information is reflected in the property management system. Track group milestones and ensure deadlines (e.g., cutoff dates, deposits) are met. Assist in planning and organizing meetings, conferences and special events from initial inquiry to post-event feedback.
