Job title: Marketing Operations Manager
Location: Slough onsite 2 days per week / Hybrid
Contract length: 4 Months
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday flexible shifts (Core hours between 09.00am - 16.00pm)
(8 hour day with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break)
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for Marketing Operations Manager on behalf of a global manufacturing company. This is a 4 Month contract starting asap. This position is Hybrid working with 2 days in the office in Slough (Meeting days will usually fall on a Tuesday and Wednesday).
The successful Marketing Operations Manager will join the Team of 6, and help support and manage budgets for the wider teams of around 20 Coordinators. This position is an excellent opportunity to join a skilled team working for an innovative and exciting brand. As the Marketing Operations Manager you will be responsible for UK&I Cluster budget planning for both the Marketing and Customer Marketing Teams. Lead ongoing tracking and performance reporting. A clear communicator that builds rapport and strong relationships with their peers, quickly and efficiently. You will be able to communicate easily with all levels of stakeholders including senior management. Excellent I.T skills is a must, someone who is a strong Excel user, who has used Excel reporting and can use Excel with ease, using and creating VLook UPs, creating your own Pivot tables, and be an advocate for this within the team.
Responsibilities:
* Support UKI Cluster budget planning and governance for Marketing & Customer Marketing, lead ongoing tracking and performance reporting, and help ensure effective delivery through an ecosystem of internal digital tools and platforms (including Power BI).
* Execution planning & budget governance
* Number Budget Management
* Support the One Demand Integrated Comms Planning (ICP) process across Marketing, Dcom and Customer Marketing teams.
* Help establish and maintain planning templates, timelines and processes to enable consistent timely delivery.
* Support budget operations including periodic forecasting submission, PO governance, and financial tracking, including collaboration with the Region and agencies to ensure accurate billing and compliance.
* Support cycle process by managing stagegate agendas into key business forums.
* Execution tracking & tools
* Provide operational support to Customer Marketing and Marketing workflows, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
* Develop and manage holistic performance metrics and reports to evaluate and track display delivery.
* Partner with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Data and Tech teams to ensure data accuracy and revision and tools connectivity.
* Support the setup and maintenance of dashboards, data collection processes, and reporting tools across the team(s).
Key Skills/ Qualifications:
* Previous experience within a similar position is key to help hit the ground running.
* Finance experience working within numbers and budgets/ forecasting
* Marketing/ Communications background is preferred due to short term contract
* Senior stakeholder management reporting and reporting for high number of peers
* Excellent I.T skills and experience in using Excel reporting and similar platforms is essential
* Clear communication skills to manage reporting at all levels including managing agendas into Key Business forums.
