Senior 360 Recruiter – Facilities Management
📍 Location: Central Belt, Scotland

⏰ Hours: 37.5 hours per week (typically 8:00–4:30, flexible)
About the Role
FM Search & Select is looking to appoint an experienced Senior 360 Recruiter to join our growing business, specialising in Facilities Management recruitment across Scotland.
This is a full 360 role, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from client engagement through to candidate delivery. You’ll be trusted to run your desk with full autonomy — we are not KPI-driven, we are results-driven.
You’ll join at an exciting stage of growth, with a warm desk available, access to existing clients, and the opportunity to scale your own market as the business continues to expand.
About Us
FM Search & Select launched in February 2025 and has grown from strength to strength within the Scottish FM market in a short space of time.
We’ve recently been appointed to multiple national PSLs and are now expanding our team to support our 2026 growth plans. Our approach is relationship-led, quality-focused, and built on long-term partnerships rather than volume recruitment.
You’ll be supported by two directors with over 20 years’ combined experience in the FM sector, along with an established client network and a collaborative, non-corporate working environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full 360 recruitment process across permanent and/or contract roles

Build and maintain strong relationships with FM clients

Source, interview, and manage candidates through the full hiring process
*
Negotiate offers and manage placements end to end
*
Develop and grow your desk using both existing clients and new business
*
Deliver against client expectations with a quality-first mindset
*
Operate autonomously while contributing to wider business growth
About You
*
Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter (FM experience preferred)
*
Confident managing both clients and candidates
*
Comfortable running a desk independently
*
Commercially minded and results focused
*
Relationship-driven rather than KPI-led
*
Professional, credible, and self-motivated
*
