DATA MANAGEMENT MONITORING ASSISTANT Oxford Centre for Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism (OCDEM), Churchill Hospital, Old Road, Headington, Oxford, OX3 7LE Grade 4: £28,437.00 to £32,108.00 per annum (pro-rata) We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Management & Monitoring Assistant to join our team at the University of Oxford. This part-time position offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to the effective management and monitoring of data that supports vital research and administrative activity within the department. The successful applicant will provide support to the data manager, trial monitor to help ensure data collected for DTU studies is completed in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements. The post holder may also assist with basic quality management and other administrative duties for purposes of compliance with unit standard operating procedures (SOPs). The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining accurate databases, records and monitoring systems. Preparing regular monitoring reports and contributing to audits and compliance checks. Providing support to colleagues and project teams on data management processes. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to gather and verify information. Contributing to the development and improvement of monitoring and data systems. You will be required to have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, and have proven experience working with data management systems or databases. You will have the ability to produce clear and accurate reports with excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and data reporting tools.
