We are recruiting for A Facilities Coordinator As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans. Responsibilities and daily activities: Communicate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats. Acknowledge all client inquires and schedule repairs and work orders as requested. Generate and investigate work order reports to find out performance and progress status. Maintain accurate work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors. Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions. Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Present and write routine reports and correspondences to internal departments and/or large groups of employees. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. Qualifications and Skills: High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Basic math skills.Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. Desire to positively impact team through defined duties, methods, and tasks. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
