Overview
Painter and Decorator position at TieTalent. Paragon Resource Solutions are partnered with a property services contractor recruiting for a full-time Painter on planned and reactive works within a 30-mile radius of Sandy, including Milton Keynes, Bedford and Hatfield.
Schedule and Compensation
£14.50 per hour PAYE based on a 45-hour week with lunch paid. £34,000 per annum. Work hours are 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Company vehicle and fuel card provided.
Responsibilities
* To be responsible for all aspects of painting and decorating within both occupied and void social housing properties using the required tools.
* To assess and carry out works efficiently and effectively.
* To ensure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship and excellent customer service.
* To manage customer enquiries, responding in a professional manner.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Full driving license required (no more than 6 points).
* Please note you may be required to drive to multiple places of work.
* Applications are welcome from those with either a full trade apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2 within a relevant trade, or a proven track record reflecting appropriate trade experience.
