Fitch Learning is seeking a Client Relationship Manager based out of our London office. The role focuses on managing a defined portfolio of strategic client accounts in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, growing these relationships, understanding client needs, and designing learning and development solutions with subject-matter-experts to address those needs. You will work toward an agreed revenue target and explore new business opportunities with new logo clients in the region. Some travel to Saudi Arabia is required every 6 weeks.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of clients through strategic analysis, relationship building, and internal referrals
* Understand client markets, products, and operating environments to support the design of learning and development solutions that add value
* Convert opportunities into booked business using sales excellence; develop best-in-class proposals with internal resources; pitch persuasively
* Maintain accurate data in Salesforce to record and track account developments
* Produce regular revenue forecasts based on your pipeline and justify them clearly
* Hand projects over to the relevant operational team after commercial delivery and contract negotiation, while retaining escalation and commercial oversight
Qualifications
* Strong background in sales and relationship management within a solutions sales environment
* Experience in Financial Services and/or selling learning solutions
* History of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
* Ability to understand client strategy and build effective business and action plans
* Excellent communication skills with a consultative selling approach
