The Job

3. You will provide outstanding teaching that meets the needs of all students.
4. You will support the school in raising teaching and learning standards and monitor progress towards objectives.
5. You will offer specialist subject expertise to departmental staff as appropriate.
6. You will support and hold staff accountable through teaching and learning programmes.
7. You will assist in implementing whole-school policies and initiatives.
8. You will plan and facilitate professional development workshops as requested.
The Successful Candidate Will
1. Hold a valid teaching qualification.
2. Possess a degree or equivalent qualification.
3. Demonstrate outstanding teaching practice.
4. Exhibit excellent behaviour management skills.
5. Have experience with lesson observations and providing constructive feedback.
6. Have experience in improvement planning.
7. Be experienced in employing strategies to raise student achievement with proven success.
8. Contribute to enhancing the quality of learning, teaching, and curriculum.
9. Have a proven track record of excellent results in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
10. Be experienced in high-quality pupil tracking and feedback practices.
