Your Impact
As one of their earliest engineering hires, you'll shape the backend foundation powering secure data flows, AI-driven insights, and provider tools. Expect hands-on ownership in a collaborative, mission-focused team tackling real-world health challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Design scalable backend systems, databases, and secure APIs integrating with leading LLMs like OpenAI and Claude.
* Handle infrastructure evolution, including cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, and CI/CD.
* Drive architecture choices, security (MFA, RBAC, encryption), and cross-team feature delivery.
* Ensure privacy-first systems that empower faster, better patient care.
