Pay Rate: £85 – £95 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the Worthing area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils by providing tailored support and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional needs.
* Assist the class teacher in adapting lessons to meet pupils’ individual learning goals.
* Encourage engagement, confidence, and independence in all learners.
* Support behaviour management and promote a safe, nurturing classroom atmosphere.
Requirements for SEN Teaching Assistant:
* Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting.
* A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* A full CV covering the last 10 years, including explanations for any employment gaps.
