Located within the school campus at Alwoodley Gates LS17, we provide coaches and buses for various purposes, including school contracts, private hire, and excursions. As our company continues to expand, we are excited to invite new PCV Coach Drivers to join us on a permanent basis. We welcome applicants with a full Category D PCV licence and Driver CPC qualification, as well as experienced bus and coach drivers from all backgrounds. Previous experience driving coaches and the ability to navigate different types of roads, from country lanes to motorways, would be a plus. The school will pay for one CPC course per year. Your main responsibilities will include driving school vehicles in compliance with legal requirements and GSAL Transport procedures, including: reporting any faults or failures promptly; use of a tachograph when appropriate; ensuring that all fare collecting equipment is operational and working effectively, should cover be required on a school bus route; reporting incidents promptly to the general manager; keeping the vehicle clean and tidy at all times.
