Responsibilities
* Demonstrate a clear strategy to increase sales month on month
* Monitor and report on performance against sales targets
* Monitor customer preferences to determine focus on sales efforts
* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and keep up to date with changes
* Increase profitability of existing product lines by encouraging use of added-value services
* Consult on processes to maximise performance for each product line
* Support findings with MI and identify downward trends across tenants and landlord products
* Manage workloads and conduct quarterly reviews with assigned customers
* Maximise the full ‘Fit for the future’ proposition for customers
* Deliver a robust contact and sales strategy across regional agents
* Model best practices and share knowledge across the team
* Schedule and implement appropriate sales training
* Handle sales insurance queries and escalate where needed
* Demonstrate knowledge of current market conditions in the lettings industry
* Update competitor information and share with sales colleagues
* Accurately record activity in the CRM (Salesforce)
