Role and Responsibilities:
1. Role modelling and coaching for high standards and efficiency across the whole food hall.
2. Managing compliance to processes while bringing passion and flair for great shopkeeping and customer service.
3. Ensuring every customer gets the food they want, helping us be the first choice for food.
4. People management, including performance management, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring accurate scheduling and pay.
5. Taking overall responsibility for store operations when needed, providing direction and support to colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
What makes a great food manager:
1. Previous line management experience in a fast-paced, operational environment.
2. Ability to provide excellent customer service and coach a team to do the same.
3. Ability to meet KPIs and other performance indicators.
4. Experience managing disciplinaries, performance issues, or employee relations.
5. Comfortable leading operations independently in the absence of senior management.
