Salary: £42,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Extra: Company van, fuel card

Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out mechanical and plumbing maintenance within commercial and residential settings.
* Participate in planned maintenance and quoted works.
* Engage in building shutdowns as required.
* Collaborate with both shift and day teams onsite.
