This role isn't complicated—but it is demanding. You'll own product specifications across major UK retailers and be responsible for getting them right and out on time. No hand-holding. No excuses.
The job:
You'll write and manage specifications, pull together recipes, shelf life, and technical data, and support artwork sign-off. You'll juggle multiple deadlines and still deliver accurately.
You:
Detail-obsessed. Calm under pressure. Able to manage your own workload. You understand food law—or you learn fast.
Experience helps. Mindset matters more.
Hybrid role. Minimum 2 days on-site. The rest is on you.
