Overview
Valuation Surveyor (Long Form/Prime London) up to £80k basic + Bonuses. Were working with a long established, super prime London specialist who are looking to hire an additional Residential Valuation Surveyor as follows:
* MRICS / FRICS qualified with VRS (unfortunately our client cannot consider AssocRICS Surveyors at this time)
* 3-5 years+ PQE with a proven track record valuing within/across London (ideally prime)
* Our client works with Private Banks, UHNWIs and FTSE100 companies providing bespoke long form, red book valuations for a range of purposes (including but not limited to Loan Security, Probate, Taxation, Accounting, Matrimonial, Investment portfolios Expert Witness, Receivership etc.)
* There is no focus on volume, and our client does NOT undertake high street panel work (so your bonuses are based on fee income NOT points per day targets)
* This presents a rare / excellent opportunity to transition away from corporate / mainstream residential valuation utilising existing skills in a more quality focused (less volume driven) environment
Salary for the successful Valuation Surveyor will start at up to £80k basic with bonuses (based on fee income) enabling OTE well in excess of £100k, in addition to a car allowance, pension, healthcare and generous annual leave entitlement.
