Delivery Manager - Bristol Cabot Circus (N95250) at Next. 30.75hrs p/w with shifts: Mon 15:00-19:00; Tue 09:00-13:00; Wed 07:30-15:30; Thu 11:30-19:30; Sat 11:45-20:00. Flexible working options are available.
Responsibilities
* Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where performance targets are achieved
* Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team, supporting the sales floors and store management when needed
* Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do
* Ensure smooth running of stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying and solving problems – driving the highest stockroom and stock processing standards
* Ensure our beautifully presented stock is available to customers as soon as possible
About You
* You are passionate about customers, people and products, inspiring others and creating a great working atmosphere
* Team player who thrives in a results-driven, fast-paced environment and can adapt to change quickly
* Great communicator who can work with people at all levels and stays calm under pressure
* Ability to problem solve, make sound decisions, challenge processes and generate innovative ideas
* Confident when dealing with people issues and good at multitasking, planning, organising and prioritising workload
* Experience with productivity-related targets is desirable
