Due to ongoing growth, my client is looking to add to their rapidly growing team in the form of a Coater Rewinder. This globally renowned company manufacture labels and supply machinery into the food production industry.
This is working on the day shift Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm
The Role
* Operating coating and rewinding machines to ensure smooth production processes.
* Monitoring machine operations and making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
* Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet specifications.
* Performing regular maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition.
* Following safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
* Collaborating with team members to improve efficiency and productivity.
The Person
* Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of coating and rewinding processes is highly desirable.
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams.
* Attention to detail and a focus on quality output.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Salary &; Benefits
This is a full-time permanent position, working on the day Monday – Friday and has a salary of £28,000.
