Job Title: Group Travel Sales Executive Location: Dudley, West Midlands
Hours: Part‑time: Monday – Friday, between 9:30am – 2:30pm
Contract: Fixed‑term for the duration of 6 months, with a possibility of extension depending on business needs.
Black Country Living Museum is seeking a Group Travel Sales Executive to join our Cultural Enterprises Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our award‑winning museum and play a key role in growing our group travel offer both nationally and internationally.
This is a dynamic, hands‑on role where you will generate, manage, and convert group travel enquiries into confirmed bookings. You’ll do this by building relationships through a consultative, service‑led approach, creating bespoke packages and memorable visitor experiences.
