Teaching Tomorrow is seeking experienced and confident Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Northamptonshire. Whether you’re already experienced in the role or a qualified teacher looking for flexible cover work, we’d love to hear from you. The Role: You’ll supervise classes in the absence of a teacher, ensuring students stay on task and continue learning. Lessons and materials are pre-prepared — your focus will be maintaining a calm and productive environment. Responsibilities: Deliver pre-set work to classes across a range of subjects. Manage behaviour effectively and uphold school expectations. Support students in engaging with their learning. Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity. Strong communication and adaptability. Valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
