We’re seeking a versatile designer to join our tight-knit team as we refine Piccalio’s visual brand and prepare to enter an exciting phase of growth. You will be responsible for executing creative marketing assets, including but not limited to email, organic social media, paid social, and website creatives. There is a strong focus on digital output, but you’ll also be involved in designing and developing printed materials and packaging. You have proven experience in translating creative briefs and brand guidelines into stellar creative assets across multiple channels and content types. You have a strong design POV and the skills to back it up. You bring experience working in a growing B2C brand to the table with insights that help Piccalio scale This role reports to the Art Director and works directly with the Senior Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, and Copywriter to hit quarterly marketing KPIs. Requirements 4 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably at a B2C brand or an agency focused on B2C clients. Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with After Effects is a plus. Experience with basic video editing and creating simple GIFs. Experience designing and editing packaging dielines. Experience working with and developing brand guidelines and brand systems. Strong understanding of the design process, able to question and challenge briefs and solve design problems creatively. A keen awareness of visual and social trends and how to execute them effectively. Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage and prioritize workloads and deadlines effectively. Familiarity with project management and social platforms, including Notion, Google Drive, and social media in-app editors. Excellent communication skills—able to articulate ideas clearly, provide and receive constructive feedback, and advocate for necessary resources to achieve success. Consumer-first mindset: able to prioritize the interests of the customer and target audience. Responsibilities Execute a variety of marketing assets, including but not limited to email assets, web assets, organic and paid social media assets, internal and external brand decks, print assets, company merch, and packaging. Collaborate with the Art Director and Sr. Marketing Director to drive the visual art direction and design execution for evergreen and seasonal campaigns. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth handover and address technical limitations for web design. Collaborate with Social Media Manager to brainstorm, develop, and execute social media creatives. Contribute to improving internal tools, workflows, and processes. Continuously monitor design trends, innovate, and find opportunities for creative development and on-brand evolutions of Piccalios’ brand presence.
