This is a pivotal role within the business, offering genuine influence over financial performance and the opportunity to shape future strategy. The Opportunity Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll take responsibility for the smooth running of the finance function and for delivering meaningful financial insights that support commercial decisions. Typical duties will include: * Producing monthly management accounts and detailed financial analysis. * Reviewing P&L and balance sheet figures to ensure accuracy and integrity. * Preparing financial reports for group review and senior stakeholders. * Managing VAT compliance, fixed asset controls, and intercompany transactions. * Overseeing cash management, daily reconciliations, and sales reporting. * Supporting external audit processes and liaising with tax advisors. * Assisting with planning, forecasting, and stock control reviews.
