As Sales Administrator you will work alongside the established sales team in a varied, rewarding role. Duties will include, although not limited to:
Responsibilities
* Management of Sage Accounts; updating order information to ensure accurate data retention
* Processing sales orders, sales invoices, back orders and special orders where necessary, ensuring all product references and prices are detailed correctly
* Updating and maintaining CRM; making sure to provide an excellent customer experience setting up regular customer contact
* Liaising with the production team with order requirements
* Ability to maintain a social media platform; using data to generate leads and contacts
* Communicating with customers to update on order timeframes; advising of any issues or availability
* Use initiate to generate sales of stock items and product innovation
* Proactive approach
Qualifications
* Strong attention to detail
* Previous experience in a Sales driven environment with a good understanding of the manufacturing sector, previous experience in timber would be an advantage but not essential
* Clear and confident communicator
* Excellent telephone manner
* IT Literate, with experience in MS Office software
* Experience of using Sage Accounts is highly desirable
