We are recruiting a Business Development Executive with a real passion for business development. We are a fast-growing company in the recovered materials sector and are looking for someone like you to help us expand our market reach and drive new opportunities.
The main duties will be :
1. Explore and develop sales channels for recovered materials (UK & International).
2. Create and execute marketing strategies to promote our products.
3. Manage end-to-end logistics, ensuring compliance and cost-efficiency.
4. Spot new business opportunities (e.g., metals recovery, sustainable commodities).
5. Build strong relationships with partners, brokers, and buyers.
6. Support senior management with fresh commercial ideas.
7. Creating a fully working database.
8. Fact finding through lots of different channels to gather information.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
9. Experience in marketing or business development (ideally in logistics, fiancé, recycling, or commodities).
10. Proven ability to grow new business and open markets.
11. Solid understanding of logistics and regulatory requirements.
12. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
13. Knowledge of the export market would be advantageous.
14. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a commercial focus.

Hours of work Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.15pm Friday 7.30am - 3.15pm
